DAY 01: Starting my Detoxification

I have previously done a Juice Fast for around 40 days. The good feeling and the way my brain worked in that time, is incomparable to the way I have EVER felt in my life before. It really made an impact on me and I was actually able to go through such a long time without "eating real food". But as we all know, adopting a more healthy lifestyle isn't just about adopting a more healthy lifestyle, but it's about changing the way we see things and how we react to our environment and most important, what we eat and put in or on our body.

I went totally cold turkey on the normal food and started the juice fast right away. All the symptoms that most people are talking about, I also went through. After I reached like 14 days of fasting, I felt the best in my whole life.

Not sure if the abrupt change in diet from juice fasting to regular diet could have had an impact on my hair growth, I can safely say that after I stopped the juicing I got a spot on the top of my head (im a male so you can understand the big big BIG problem here :) ).


To make a long story short: I'M DOING IT AGAIN !!!

I jumpstarted my cleansing routine yesterday after a very intense weekend of partying. Actually, I only went so overboard with the partying, because I knew that after this weekend my regular diet and life would not be the same as it has been, since I am going to try to entirely change my diet for good. (eventhough I know that it's not a very good idea to do such a thing, but I wanted a 'one last time' moment, I've had it, I've got to move on).

My planned routine is:

  • WaterFasting for about a week
  • during that week from the third day on I want to make a coffee colon cleanse every second day.
  • Heavy metal cleanse
  • Kidney cleanse
  • Liver cleanse
  • Blood cleanse
  • Master cleanse
  • Juice fast
  • raw vegan / vegetarian diet with very less cooked parts than usual ( I would say 80% raw, 10% cooked / waterless cooked stuff like quinoa 10% fatty stuff like nuts. Not to confuse this with the 80/10/10 diet.)

Thats my longterm plan for the rest of the year, but of course my short term goal is to at first finish the one week water fast, to test my mental strength. And after that I can build up on my success and go further with the healthy life.

I currently have some chronic pain in my liver area. It's not pain like a hurting pain, but more of something very subtle but it's almost always there and I've had it for some time. Like somethings pushing from the inside of my rib cage.

I will also quit smoking w... and also will I eliminate all alcoholic beverages from my life (though I don't know for how long I wouldn't want to drink a nice cool Stauder :) ).

So far this is the first day and no symptoms like nausea, dizzyness or headache have occured, but I'm ready to conquer those problems in the next days.
